AGING POSTURE
Changes in the cervical spine induced by poor posture produce imbalances in the neck and upper limb muscles, which alters posture. It's a vicious circle. Posture modifications include a bent back and rounded shoulders. These postures shorten the chest muscles, causing a variety of illnesses. There is also the aforementioned hunched head. This position bends the upper thoracic spine (kyphosis), causing a variety of disorders, including disc damage. In other situations, the chin is elevated and the head is significantly tilted back, resulting in pain. In this condition, stress is applied to the back of the head and cervical vertebra 1, and the suboccipital muscles shorten, producing complications.

A posture where the shoulders are elevated and carried about shortens the erector spinae and levator scapulae, resulting in shoulder tightness.
According to these anatomical principles, maintaining proper posture while sleeping and preventing and alleviating a number of ailments can be achieved by using the Cure Pillow to support the neck's natural C curve.
