HEADACHE

When each bone is in its proper position, the cervical spine creates a C-curve with the six discs and seven bones. A deviated cervical spine shifts the center of gravity forward, resulting in excessive fatigue and muscular activity at the back of the neck. This alteration not only lowers blood circulation, but also accumulates pain compounds in the muscles, triggering nociceptors located in the muscles, tendons, fascia, and joints. The discomfort spreads to the back, sides, and front of the head, resulting in a variety of headaches. The majority of headaches we encounter are caused by muscle strain in the soft tissues. Migraines are also primarily triggered by the muscles in the neck.

According to these anatomical principles, a variety of headaches can be avoided and alleviated by using the Cure Pillow to support the neck's natural C curvature while you sleep.
