TORTICOLLIS
When sleeping on your side, if your pillow is too high or too low, your cervical spine may tilt and the SCM muscles in the front of your neck may shorten. This may impede neck movement and produce pain when you wake up in the morning. Your cervical spine should be pleasantly supported at the proper height.
